  Hi guys
  please dont open an account with NATWEST. Horrible service.
  I tried opened an account with NATWEST. the guy i dealt with said to open a gold avantage account which can be closed without any service charge within 15 days. i then went back requesting them to close this account after three days. it is now more than a year and a half and the account is still not closed. and they have charged me £442.00. they see that, there has not been any sort of transactions, i spoke to everybody to help me to close the account and still nothing is done so far. so please guys and girls be very careful with NATWEST.
