  My experience of looking at letting a property that they were managing has put me off ever doing with business with them again. The property was half way through being repaired when we viewed, so as part of our contract I requested the list of outstanding work be included in a pre-contract agreement. I was told that as a "certified estate agent" they didn't have to put anything in writing and I should trust them to complete the work before we moved in.
  
  I would stay away from them if you're looking to let, they're amateur at best.
