  What a shocking service! I had an appointment booked for 10:20 AM this morning at The Green Surgery. On my arrival I was asked to wait for the receptionist to finish talking to a customer over the phone. When she finished her conversation I was informed that I am 3 minutes late and therefore the doctor won't see me! On my objection the receptionist admitted she was on the phone when I arrived perhaps for a minute before she managed to engage with me but I was still 2 minutes late! She explained they have zero tolerance policy for people who are late!
  
  Seriously!? This is the service I pay for from my taxes and my doctors appointment surely doesn't last 5 minutes!
  
  Also getting a referral to a specialist, despite paying for a private medical care, is almost impossible at this practice! Ibuprofen and vitamins with occasional antibiotic seem to be the best answer for most of the problems!
  
  Avoid!
